Montana Ave. The initial design concept for this residence is modern / Mediterranean. The high arch and columns are unique elements that create a grand entrance to this luxurious palace. Warm tones were carried throughout the interior of the home. The architectural details on the ceiling gave the room a dramatic feel. The lighting between the soffit enhances the details. The interior of the house combines both warm and cool colors. The silk window treatment gives the room a touch of luxury. The façade consists of white brick and salmon stucco/Drivit to created texture.
